Having a buddy like Bowie to keep Bou Bou company when I’m at work has been an absolute godsend!
I sometimes need overnight boarding at a days notice and I have full confidence that Bou Bou (King Charles pictured with Bowie here) is not only in safe and loving hands but that he also has a true friend to play and relax with.
Natalie will do bathtime, clip nails, trim coat, vets visits & food pick up - what a bonus! I am so pleased with how Bou Bou looks & feels when he returns home, I know he has had such a great time with his best buddy Bowie!
Knowing my dog has a comfortable home to relax & play in means I can relax on my holidays too! Highly recommended for busy, loving dog owners.

I have always wanted a dog, and in July 2020 I fell in love with a rescue puppy and, with Natalie's amazing advice and encouragement, applied to adopt him. Natalie gave me confidence to take this step and helped me get prepared for what was coming my way. When my dog, Bilbo, arrived in September he was a shell full of fear and stress, but Natalie gave us so much helpful knowledge in how to manage him through the process of settling in and overcoming his fears that in just a few months he was a different pup. I've continued training Bilbo with Natalie and he really is coming on leaps and bounds - a dog that used to cry if I went to the bathroom now has been able to cope for hours at a time on his own, managing his emotions and learning to play alone. His recall is vastly improving and Natalie has taught me some brilliant games to play with him that are a much more fun way of training! I could not recommend Natalie enough - she is not only incredibly knowledgeable about all things dog but she is a very professional, honest and trustworthy person. Natalie has a way of telling you things that you may be doing wrong as an owner that doesn't cause offense but helps you to become a better dog parent and want to learn how to do things the right way.
